The purchase of travel tour and/or other products on this website constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Travel Rovers Inc.. The following terms and conditions form part of such agreement.

Travel Rovers Inc. acts as a travel agent only. All of the services that are provided are provided by independent Travel Suppliers. Payment of your travel booking with us, as Agent of the Travel Supplier bounds you to the terms and conditions of the Travel Supplier, otherwise offer can be withdrawn at our discretion.
2. Responsibility of Travel Rovers Inc.
Travel Rovers Inc. makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided on this website.
Travel Rover’s only objective is to assist customers in checking availability of travel products and services and in making bookings and purchases in due form on their behalf.
After you have completed your booking on the website, you will receive an invoice from Travel Rovers Inc. and Travel Rovers Inc. will email or send you your travel documents in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of these General Terms and Conditions of Travel Rovers Inc..
3. User’s Responsibility
You, the user, attest that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
You also confirm that all information supplied by you, members of your family and/or fellow travelers is true and accurate.
It is your sole responsibility to have a valid passport, visa and/or other travel documentation. A passport is the only reliable and universally accepted travel and identification document. Using other documentation may result in delays or being denied boarding. Some countries require that your passport be valid for six months beyond the date of your return to your home country.
Canadian citizens born in certain countries may require a visa in addition to a valid passport. To re-enter Canada, you must have valid Canadian passport and you may need to show Permanent Resident card or Canadian Visa. If you are traveling with a child/children, one (1) parent travelling with a child under age 18 may have to obtain a notarized letter of consent signed by the parent not travelling. Customers are responsible for verifying which documents are required, and then making certain that they have the necessary documents in hand prior to departure. Customers failing to provide the required documents may be denied boarding privileges by the carrier or relevant authorities, without further recourse or the possibility of a refund.
Entry into another country may also be refused to a customer even if he or she has the required travel documents by local government authorities. 4. Confidentiality and Privacy
Travel Rovers Inc. will never sell the names of individual customers or any other information drawn from their personal profiles to third parties. All direct communication between you and Travel Rovers Inc. (whether by e-mail, face to face, telephone or postal mail) remains confidential. For the purposes of reserving your trip and processing the transaction related thereto, however, we do require certain basic personal information.
When you procure or reserve travel services through Travel Rovers Inc., we are required to transmit such information (including your name and address) about you and your purchase to booking and payment processing partner(s), the tour operator or any other travel product or service provider involved; this step is essential to the processing of the transaction. While Travel Rovers Inc. makes every effort to ensure respect of your privacy, you understand that for the purpose of verifying the above-mentioned information, Travel Rovers Inc. may choose to disclose it to a third party assigned the task of verifying and/or confirming the information provided as part of your file.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices, unless specified otherwise, are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to increase prices at any given time and for any reason.
Residents of Canada may pay on-line or by telephone using Visa, American Express or MasterCard credit cards and e-transfers. Some agencies may not accept all the credit cards mentioned before.
The services and products you reserve must be fully paid at the time of booking. Your credit card account will be charged and you will be informed of that transaction by means of the invoice sent to you at the time of booking by email. You agree to comply with booking terms and conditions whether or not you have manually signed an invoice or receipt. This transaction is final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Neither the purchaser nor the passenger may modify any details of the transaction. Booking of travel services constitutes an contract between the customer and Travel Rovers Inc.
Cancellations and Changes
Subject to your compliance with the cancellation and modification policies of each tour operator or service supplier, Travel Rovers Inc. may charge a reasonable fee for any booking cancellation or modification.
Credit Card Chargeback
If for any reason, any Travel Supplier is unable to provide the service for which was contracted, your remedy lies against that provider and not with Travel Rovers Inc.. If payment has been made to Travel Rovers Inc. by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to Travel Rovers Inc.
If your credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Travel Rovers Inc. via direct deposit or cash within 2 business days of notification by Travel Rovers Inc. of declined charge.
6. Delivery of Documents
After you have reserved/purchased your trip on the website, Travel Rovers Inc. will promptly e-mail you an invoice confirming your purchase. Travel Rovers Inc. will followup with you on details of your itinerary, including e-ticket, hotel voucher and car rental information, where it is applicable.
Reception of the invoice constitutes your final opportunity to verify the accuracy of the information that will be entered on your travel documents. Please contact Travel Rovers Inc. immediately upon receipt of your invoice if you note any discrepancies, failing to do so, Travel Rovers Inc. shall not be liable for any errors and omissions related to your booking.
7. Liability for Products & Services and Customer Advisory
You acknowledge that Travel Rovers Inc. acts as a agent between you and carriers, hotels, tour operators and other service providers selected by you. Therefore, Travel Rovers Inc. cannot be held liable towards you or your fellow travelers for the services provided by such third party providers. Travel Rovers Inc. shall not be liable and assumes no risk for the obligations, or any default or negligence, of third-party providers and for any damages including, among other things, damages due to delay, cancellation, loss of goods, sickness, injury, accident, quality of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, acts of God or force majeure.
Living standards and local practices my differ from those to which you are accustomed in Canada.
Images listed on this website are only for information purposes: images and any other graphic content should not be relied upon for the purposes of your booking and cannot be considered as part of this agreement.
9. Applicable Laws
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and you hereby submit and attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts in the City of Calgary, Alberta.
